Experienced both commercially and technically Bernie Monaghan was most recently the Vice President of the Thermo Hypersil-Keystone Columns for LC and LC/MS Business Unit of Thermo Electron Corporation. He has over 20 years experience Internationally directing Business Development, Distribution, Sales, Marketing and Technical Support functions specialising in the field of Chromatography Consumables and Separations Science. During that time he was actively involved in new product development, the design and implementation of marketing strategies and sales management functions (Direct, Distributor and OEM). He has spoken at Internationally recognised Chromatography Symposia, co-authored many posters and presented at seminars throughout Europe, the Middle East, USA and Asia.

Judy Monaghan will be administering the company having gained experience from running her own company.
